I’d have to say that building with Smithbilt at The Preserve was the greatest decision my wife and I could have made. We had looked at purchasing a home or building in other places but nothing could compare to The Preserve. Its very quiet, very neat/tidy, and has lots of amenities! The have an outdoor pool, indoor lap pool, playground, tennis courts, Marina, and nice golf course! The list goes on and on. You wont be disappointed living here. When we came to The Preserve we were treated like family by two great people. From start to finish Jessica Catapano and Angela England made the process a breeze! They are very knowledgeable when it comes to homes and even so when it comes down to the fine details which impressed us a lot. No regrets here from us and would do it again!
