My wife and I just moved here from Connecticut. We purchased The Houghton Model and can not begin to tell you how happy we are with it. The home was built while we were in CT so we could not be here to see it. Southland kept us well informed as the construction progressed and any design aspects were done virtually on line. When we finally moved into the home, it more than met our expectations. The neighbors are friendly, the neighborhood is clean and safe and the scenery outstanding, not to mention the beautiful Clinch River. All we can say is if you are looking for a great home in a great location with many amenities, come to The Preserve in Tennessee. I have never seen my wife so happy!!!
