This is an attractive community of various options for a home, from size to location. Families, young marrieds, retirees all live here. There are sidewalks that weave through all the sections, and lead to the fabulous Wellness Center, outdoor pool, tennis courts… and so much more! Plans for a golf course are underway, the marina is already open to residents, and so many other plans are in the future. But what appealed to me most are the people. The Smithbilt office staff are so accommodating, from start to finish. And secondly, the neighborhood is full of friendly people. And lastly, we love our home.. It was a great “find” for us… and it can be for you, too! Very nice homes for extremely reasonable prices.
