I moved from Kentucky and always had an interest in living and working in Oak Ridge and The Preserve sold it for me. From the outstanding vistas, to the intimate wooded areas, The Preserve is an incredible place to live. Not only is The Preserve aesthetically pleasing, it also provides a healthy lifestyle with all the amenities that are offered. The Smithbilt team was fantastic to work with. The homes are VERY affordable and have many floor plans, in several income pools. We built The Wyndham floor plan and it has proven to be perfect for our family. The Preserve is a place I am proud of and excited to raise my family in. Of course the proof is in the pudding… you should come see for yourself. Chances are, you won’t want to leave!
