Everyone in East Tennessee looks forward to the annual Parade of Homes from Home Builders Association of Great Knoxville.  Our spectacular event takes place over three fall weekends in October. This is the best time of year to explore amazing homes in the counties we represent (Knox, Anderson, Campbell, Claiborne, Cocke, Fentress, Grainger, Hamblen, Jefferson, Loudon, Monroe, Morgan, Roane, Scott, Sevier and Union) while taking in East Tennessee’s breathtaking fall scenery. Tour and shop for homes of all sizes and price ranges built by HBAGK members who help people achieve the American dream of home ownership.

We couldn’t be more excited to participate in the 2018 Parade of Homes.

This year at The Preserve, parade goers will walk through 2 “parade homes”. The floor plans in the Parade this year are the Manning and the Wyndham.

But that’s not all you will see….Parade goers will also be able to tour the entire campus including all the amenities, featuring a wellness center, the discovery center and the pool grounds.

In addition, you will be able to walk through 30 other homes that are under construction, across all price points.
