portal confusion

Due to confusion as to which “portal” to use to File a Community Complaint or Homeowner Violation,  the HOA has disabled the “Report a Complaint/Violation” on the Preserve Portal and will exclusively use APPFOLIO through the HOA Portal (Southland Properties) to file and respond to Violations and Complaints.

Pay Dues

File a Complaint

Report a Violation

Submit Architectural Request
