We are excited to announce the relaunch of the Homeowner’s Portal here at thepreserveatoakridge.com! We have several new features that you asked for–see more about them below. We sent an activation email to every email address we had on file with the HOA, but if you did not receive one, you can Go Here to request an account. Make sure you check your spam/junk folder first! So, what can you do with our portal?

Find Out What’s New

Check in regularly to see what’s happening and what’s upcoming for the Preserve. Here, you will find information about events, announcements, and everything else to keep you in-the-know!

Have Your Voices Heard

In our Questions and Suggestions section, you can provide feedback and look at the feedback submitted by other homeowners. To encourage participation, these are posted anonymously. If you provide your email address, you’ll be notified of any response, but you can always just check back later as well.

Keep The Preserve Beautiful

In the Violations and Complaints section, you can report HOA violations and submit complaints directly to our management team. Like questions and suggestions, these are posted publicly but anonymously. This will help prevent getting multiple complaints for the same issue and give us more time to take care of the issues. If something’s broken or out of order, there is job site issue, or you notice a violation, this is where you can let us know.
