Smithbilt Homes is sponsoring a decorating contest for all Preserve Homeowners. Deck out your home with your best Halloween decorations. Homeowners will vote on their favorite house at the end of October and the winner will get FREE HOA/CLUB DUES FOR 1 YEAR!!!! We will send out more info on how to vote in the coming weeks.
