flock cameras

The flock cameras that have been installed in the past week were installed by Flock not the Oak Ridge Police Department. There will be more cameras to be installed to cover all entrances and exits to the neighborhood. These cameras were contracted by the HOA and are monitored and accessed by the Police Department if an issue arises in the neighborhood. HOA funds were used to fund this for several reasons but mostly because the police department is extremely understaffed and this will help monitor and keep our community safe. This decision was made in accordance with the police department. This is a new surveillance system that is used all around Oak Ridge City. To be clear, we have a very healthy HOA account so this will not cause dues to go up.
