2023 preserve dues/budget

Dear Preserve Homeowner:

A few weeks ago, the Board of Directors met to review the financial condition of the Association, discuss the condition of the property, and to review the 2023 budget requirements.

As a result of that meeting, the Board approved the budget with no increases.
