Fees include all private amenities: Indoor lap pool, Outdoor Pool with water slide, Wellness Center, Spa, Sauna, Tennis Courts, Basketball Court, Pickle Ball Courts, and Private Boat Launch. It also includes mowing of the common areas, maintaining sidewalks, and street lights.
