Pool Rules

1. All persons using pool do so at their own risk
2. WARNING – NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY
3. No Diving or jumping
4. Members and guests must abide by the slide rules posted at the steps of the slide. Only one person at a time is allowed to go down the slide, with the exception of children under 42” when accompanied by an adult.
5. Floats are prohibited on the slide.
6. No food or drinks permitted in pool
7. Running or Unnecessary Noise is not permitted
8. Glass objects, containers and sharp objects are not permitted in the pool area
9. Smoking is not permitted in the pool area
10. After using pool, footwear and towels must be used when returned to Locker Rooms
11. Management reserves the right to deny use of pool to anyone at Anytime

SPA Rules

1. Pregnant woman and persons with heart disease, diabetes, high or low blood pressure or other or other medical conditions should not enter the Spa/Hot Tub without prior medical consultation with and permission of their doctor.
2.  DO NOT use the Spa/Hot Tub while under the influence of alcohol, narcotics or other drugs.
3. Use of the Spa/Hot tub by yourself is not recommended.
4. Enter or exit slowly and watch your step.
5. Observe reasonable time limits to avoid nausea or dizziness.
6. NO glass or breakable objects allowed in Spa/Hot tub area.
7. Unsupervised use of the Spa/Hot tub by children is prohibited.
8. No pets.

Please do not leave valuables unattended. The Preserve is not responsible for lost or missing items.

Wellness Center Rules

Wellness Center Hours are 5:00 Am till 10:00 PM Daily

Use of the Wellness Center is limited to those who agree to abide by the Rules. The Rules are designed to provide a safe and pleasant experience for all. Violations of the Rules may result in a suspension or permanent loss of access by Members. By entering the facilities you are agreeing to abide by all the Rules of The Club.

1. No one under the age of eighteen (18) years of age is allowed in the Wellness Center without written authorization from Management.
2. Lap pool is for swimming laps only. You must sign the lap pool reservation sheet at the front lobby reserve the lanes in the lap pool.
3. Proper swim attire is required for the lap pool and hot tub. No cut-offs or shorts are allowed.
4. Bring your own towels. Towels are not provided by the Club
5. Ear plugs must be used when listening to music.
6. No pets are allowed inside the Wellness Center.
7. No alcohol is allowed inside the Wellness Center and/or adjacent areas.
8. Smoking is not permitted in the Wellness Center.
9. All guests must be Accompanied Guests or Registered Guests. Two non-resident Guests may accompany a Member, or be registered by the Club and are subject to all Wellness Center and Club Rules. The Club may establish limits on the number of times that a member can invite the same guest to use the Club Facilities.
10. Any person maliciously damaging or vandalizing the Club Facilities will suffer the loss of Club privileges and may be prosecuted.
11. Profanity or inappropriate behavior is strictly prohibited
12. Do not change the heat and air thermostats located in the Wellness Center.

Court Rules

1. FOR USE BY THE PRESERVE RESIDENTS AND THEIR GUEST ONLY.
2. COURTS ARE FOR PICKLEBALL, BASKETBALL AND TENNIS PLAY ONLY.
3. TENNIS SHOES MUST BE WORN.
4. NO SMOKING, ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES OR GLASS CONTAINERS ALLOWED.
5. CHILDREN UNDER 12 YEARS OF AGE MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT.
6. NO PETS ALLOWED.
7. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGED, LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS.
8. PLEASE PRACTICE COURT ETIQUETTE.
